Our butcher, with over 20 years of experience, makes our store made sausage. You can get them from "Heartsmart" to "XXX Hot Sausage" or any way in between. The chef's specialties also include greens, greens and beans, chicken cacciatore, mushroom stew, and many different pasta dishes. He makes a variety of specialty sauces including vodka, clam, meat, marinara and alfredo. We also carry different types of pasta, various stuffed rolls, chicken wings, and many other ready made meals.
